Very poor customer service, placed an order at 8pm and it showed cooking all the time in the app. So I arrived at the restaurant at 8.50 to know to that they haven't accepted my order. Waited for another 15 min the store and the staff never even bothered to say sorry for the delay.
I have been a regular customer and sorry to say this is not some thing expected from a nice local restaurant like yours.

Been to Delhi Darbar today, very bad service and the lady who served had not manner at all, she was very rude. The owner has to look after her staff as customers doesn’t feel welcoming and her communication skills are very poor. She took wrong order blaming that we are the faulty one.Does not worth the price we paid for.
