FoodHub is the new wiki developed by the NSW Food Industry Training Council (NSWFITC) to assist you in meeting workforce development needs across the food industry.

Technical experts are encouraged to create entries in FoodHub on the Wikipedia model, to support people who conduct, or need training in Food Handling, HACCP, OHS or other nationally accredited competencies for the Food Industry as recognized under the National Training Framework in Australia.

FoodHub is designed as a powerful but inexpensive repository of high quality information and learning resources for our industry sectors.

You can access the FoodHub from any computer anywhere, anytime...on the plant floor, the training room, at home, across the country. No special devices or software are required, just a regular internet connection!

FoodHub works for companies, registered training organisations (RTOs) and individual learners. NSWFITC invites you to help make the Food Hub a valuable learning resource to support accredited vocational training under the Australian Qualifications Framework.

Our vision is that collective wisdom will enable this FoodHub to become a fantastic tool for all workplace supervisors, trainers and assessors in the food industry.
